Scenic Villas offers spacious 4 bedroom apartments ranging from 1,963 to 2,311s.f. (saleable area). Most units feature large balconies, with stunning sea views over the Lamma Channel, 2-3 bathrooms, a helper's room (with ceiling high enough for a bunk bed) and a utility area.
What is the difference between the smaller and larger apartments?
There are 7 blocks, each with 2 apartments per floor. Floor levels are numbered 1-15, though they appear as G-14 on the Landsearch records. Units A-Drange from 1963-1978s.f. (saleable), while E-N are 2,311s.f. (saleable). The size difference is most noticeable in the living and dining room and notable in all other rooms. Larger units typically have a third bathroom. What is the cheapest rental in Scenic Villas?

Where does the HR88 Shuttle Bus from Scenic Villas stop and how often does it run?
The HR88 shuttle stops on Consort Rise, at the University MTR exit on Pokfulam Road, the Outlying Ferry Terminals in Central and Wing On House in Central. It leaves Scenic on the hour and half hour from 7am-8pm on weekdays, and on the hour from 9am on weekends and public holidays.
Where can I catch the HR88 from in Central and how often does it run?
The stop is outside Wing On House on Connaught Road. It runs on the hour and half-hour from 7:30am - 8:30pm on weekdays, and every half-hour from 9:30am on weekends and public holidays.

Yes, very. There are many dog lovers and owners here. A popular place to take dogs is the waterfront in Sandy Bay. You can access Sandy Bay easily from the stairs by the swings or the stairs after MN Block which lead down to Kennedy School. Walking to Cyberport takes 10-15mins.

It's a very international community. Whilst it is a big complex of 210 apartments, it's up to you how sociable you want to be. There are so many lovely couples/families you're bound to make lifelong friends.
